We reserve the right to terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our sole discretion an any time.

OUR PRODUCTS

The products described and advertised on our website are only available to the following countries: UAE, Kuwait & Qatar. However, we are doing everything we can to ensure that our products can also be delivered to other countries in the near future.

Product prices are displayed in the local currency of the buyer’s country (e.g., QAR for Qatar, KWD for Kuwait) to provide a clearer shopping experience. However, payment in the shop is accepted exclusively in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). The amount you ultimately pay is converted to AED at the exchange rate used by your bank at the time of transaction. We are not responsible for any exchange‑rate differences or conversion fees that may be charged by your bank.

Prices, discounts, promotions and shipping costs displayed on our website are current at the time of display. They are subject to change without notice. Prices posted in our online store may be different from prices offered on other online platforms. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on our products that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

While great care has been taken in an accurate representation of our products in our online store, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration. We do not warrant that the appearance of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online store. At Klammeraffe Glasses we take pride in the quality of our products and work every day to provide you with the best product experience.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

WARRANTY

Our products come with a 6-month warranty, but only upon presentation of the proof of purchase.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we determine that the product has not been handled or cleaned properly.

ONLINE ORDERS & PAYMENTS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Klammeraffe Glasses reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you within 3 working days by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. No order is accepted by us until the order has been checked and approved.

Klammeraffe Glasses accepts online payments using the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay in AED as well as COD (AED) and Tabby (AED). Payment options may vary depending on the selected delivery country. All credit cards details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. When you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the data you request is transmitted directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

We take payment at the time of order, as opposed to the time of dispatch. All online credit/debit card orders are charged upfront, at the time the order is made. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records.

Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is at our sole discretion after taking into account the circumstances and reasons for cancellation. If you need to cancel an order, please email us on „return@klammeraffe.ae".

Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our Terms of Service relating to Returns and Refunds. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Customers are required to notify us if their order has not been received. Upon such notification, we will promptly contact the shipping provider to investigate the matter. You agree that delivery of your order is deemed completed in accordance with our agreement once our courier partner confirms the order as delivered.

Without limiting any other provisions of these Terms of Service, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from delayed delivery or for any loss or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed.  All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. You acknowledge and agree that a delay in delivery does not constitute a breach of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel the order.

RETURN & REFUND

In order to offer our customers the best possible product experience, we attach great importance to the highest quality of our products. However, if you are not happy with your order, you can request a return & refund via your account or contact us at „return@klammeraffe.ae", subject to the conditions outlined below:

Eligability for Return & Refund:

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products must be returned in the same condition that you received it. This means the items must be returned in their original, unmarked packaging, including any additional items and tags, and remain in unused and original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If, after receiving the goods, we find out that hygiene measures have not been observed, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of 45 Dirham from the refund amount.

Refund:
Delivery costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All material on this site, including, but not limited to trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Klammeraffe Glasses, its affiliates or licensors and therefore protected by copyright, and other intellectual property rights.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.
