Our products are shipped from the UAE, we are proud to partner with ARAMEX to deliver all orders.
Standard Delivery:
🇦🇪 UAE:
Tracked delivery / 1-2 business days / FREE delivery on all orders. (Remote areas within the UAE are excluded from this. Delivery here can take 3-4 business days.)
🇸🇦 KSA:
Tracked delivery / 3-5 business days / Shipping based on delivery address - FREE on all orders of 3 or more items / VAT & Duties are covered by Klammeraffe
🇰🇼 Kuwait:
Tracked delivery / 3-5 business days / Shipping based on delivery address - FREE on all orders of 3 or more items / VAT & Duties are covered by Klammeraffe
🇧🇭 Bahrain / 🇴🇲 Oman / 🇶🇦 Qatar:
Tracked delivery / 3-5 business days / Shipping based on delivery address - FREE on all orders of 3 or more items / Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon arrival, in accordance with local customs regulations. We have no influence on the assessment or collection of these charges.
🇺🇸 USA:
Tracked delivery / 5-7 business days / Shipping based on delivery address - FREE on all orders of 3 or more items / Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon arrival, in accordance with local customs regulations. We have no influence on the assessment or collection of these charges.
Delivery Schedule:
- No Shipping: We do not ship on UAE public holidays and Sundays.
- Saturday Orders: Orders placed after 12.00PM on Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday (except remote areas, where additional time may apply).
