Refund policy

In order to offer our customers the best possible product experience, we attach great importance to the highest quality of our products. However, if you are not happy with your order, you can request a return & refund via your account or contact us at return@klammeraffe.ae", subject to the conditions outlined below:

Eligability for Return & Refund:

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products must be returned in the same condition that you received it. This means the items must be returned in their original, unmarked packaging, including any additional items and tags, and remain in unused and original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If, after receiving the goods, we find out that hygiene measures have not been observed, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of 45 Dirham from the refund amount.

Refund:
Delivery costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Process:

  1. Login to your account, click on "Orders" and request a return for your order. Alternatively contact us at return@klammeraffe.ae" with your order details and the reason for return & refund.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.
  3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or if we have to deduct a processing fee of 45 Dirham from the refund amount. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at „return@klammeraffe.ae".
